Because live plants are natural products, variations in size, shape, color, blooming stage, and appearance may occur.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or pricing errors.

Live plants, perishable items, custom orders, gift cards, and other non-returnable items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged or defective due to our error. To report a damaged or defective item, you must contact us promptly after delivery and provide supporting photographs or other requested documentation.

If a return is approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us.
